Prohibits the shipment in interstate or foreign commerce of any fur or leather, raw or in finished form, from animals trapped in any State or foreign country which has not banned the manufacture, sale, or use of such traps.
Directs the Secretary of Commerce to publish a list of such States and foreign countries.
Sets forth penalties for violations of this Act.
