A bill to amend section 16(b) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
Amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to provide that the land allocated to the Regional Corporation for the southeastern Alaska region may include land withdrawn for, but not selected by, Native village corporations of southeastern Alaska.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to extend, for a period of 18 months, certain deadlines involving the implementation of the Cook Inlet land exchange.
Permits Native Regional Corporations to assign future revenues due them under the Alaska Native Fund.
