Oregon Omnibus Wilderness Act - Amends the Wilderness Act to designate areas in Oregon as: (1) the Three Sisters Wilderness; (2) the Wild Rogue Wilderness; (3) the Kalmiopsis Wilderness; and (4) the Wenaka-Tucannon Wilderness.
