A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide for the payment of supplemental tuition allowances to certain veterans pursuing educational programs for purposes of offsetting the differences in State educational costs.

Provides for payment of a supplemental tuition allowance to each qualified veteran upon application to the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs.

Limits such allowance to no more than $900 with the first $400 of the tuition cost being paid by the veteran, and the Administrator paying 75 percent of the next $1,200 for the school year.
