A bill to provide for the establishment of a memorial tomb in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Va., to commemorate the members of the Armed Forces of the United States who lost their lives while serving in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam era and whose remains have never been recovered.

Directs the Secretary of Defense to establish a memorial tomb in the Memorial Amphitheater of the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia, to commemorate the members of the Armed Forces who lost their lives during the Vietnam era in Southeast Asia and whose remains have never been recovered.

Directs the Secretary to inter in such tomb the remains of an unknown serviceman recovered from Southeast Asia.
