War Powers Amendments Act

War Powers Amendments Act - Prohibits the obligation or expenditure of any funds for use of United States Armed Forces which is prohibited by specified provisions of the War Powers Resolution. Prohibits the inference of authority to introduce United States Armed Forces into any hostilities from any concurrent resolution or executive agreement which does not specifically provide for such authority.

Requires, in the case of an executive agreements, that such agreement, to constitute such authority, be implemented by legislation specifically granting such authority.
