A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the payment of unemployment compensation to nonprofessional school employees during periods between academic years or terms.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code and the Unemployment Tax Act to allow qualified State unemployment compensation programs to withhold benefits from certain school employees during vacation and holiday periods not falling between school years or terms.
