A bill to authorize the Secretary of Transportation to pay to the county executive of Montgomery County, Maryland, not more than $4,500,000 in matching funds for the purpose of reconstructing any public roads, paths, or walkways in Montgomery County which contain asbestos in quantities which the Secretary deems to constitute a health hazard.
