A bill to require research into the comprehensive and various uses of grain or grain products, and wood and other forest products in the development and use of fuels.

Directs the Administrator of the Energy Research and Development Administration to conduct an investigation and study of the use of grain, or grain products and wood and other forest products in the development and use of fuels.
