Indian and Alaska Native Housing and Community Development Act - Amends the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act to create, in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, an Office of Indian and Alaska Native Programs, through which the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall administer all departmental programs relating to Indian and Alaska Native housing and community affairs.
