Forest Resources Extension Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture, in cooperation with State extension directors, to conduct educational programs for professionals in forestry and related fields disseminating the results of forestry research.
Requires, within one year of the enactment of this Act, a report to the appropriate Congressional Committee outlining a coordinated five-year plan to follow in carrying out this Act. Authorizes, in addition to any sums already authorized, annual appropriations of $15,000,000 to carry out this Act.
