A bill to amend the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976 to authorize additional moneys to fund certain projects for which applications were submitted under the Act.

Amends the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976 to direct the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Economic Development Administration, to make a redetermination of grant requests by States and localities once additional Federal funding becomes available. Authorizes the appropriation of $4,000,000,000 for the period ending December 31, 1977, for such purposes.
