A bill to amend the Golden Nematode Act for the purpose of providing assistance under such Act for persons whose commercial production of crops have been adversely affected by the infestation of golden nematode.

Amends the Golden Nematode Act to extend the authority of the Secretary of Agriculture to destroy tomatoes and potatoes infested with the golden nematode and to compensate the owners thereof for all commercial crops including turf and nursery stock.
