A bill to provide an open season for participation in the survivor benefit plan under chapter 73 of title 10, United States Code.

Entitles individuals in the armed forces who are entitled to retired or retainer pay and who did not elect to participate in the survivor benefit plan to do so within 270 days after the effective date of this Act.
