A bill to amend chapter 121 of title 28, United States Code, by revising the section on fees of jurors and by providing for a civil penalty and injunctive relief in the event of a discharge or threatened discharge of an employee by reason of such employee's Federal jury service.

Revises Federal juror fees and allowances to, among other changes, (1) increase per diem pay and (2) replace set statutory travel and subsistence allowances with standards promulgated by the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

Requires employers to preserve employment rights of employees serving Federal jury duty.
