Honey and Honey Products Inspection and Identification Act

Honey and Honey Products Inspection and Identification Act -- Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to certify that imported honey originates from supplies which are pure and wholesome and that the foreign appraises and plants in which it is produced comply with minimum standards of sanitation comparable to standards recommended by the Secretary for domestic honey. Directs the Secretary to inspect imported honey to the extent necessary to insure compliance with such standards. Requires that every container of any food product made in whole or in part of any imported honey be labeled as such.

Subjects all imported honey to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act after entry into the United States. Imposes criminal penalties for violation of the labeling requirements of this Act. Requires Congressional oversight of regulations issued pursuant to this Act.
