A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to assure that surviving parents receive benefits that are not less than those analogous surviving parents receive under the Social Security Act.

Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to stipulate that the benefits payable to surviving parents of railroad employees shall not be less than those which the parent would have received under Social Security.
