A bill to amend the U. S. Housing Act of 1937 to provide that medicare taxes and premiums paid by any family assisted under such Act may not be included in the income of such family for the purpose of determining the eligibility of such family for assistance under such Act and the amount of such assistance.

Amends the United States Housing Act of 1937 to exclude from income, Medicare taxes and premiums paid for hospital insurance benefits for individuals not eligible for Medicare insurance for purposes of determining eligibility for and the amount of assistance of any family under the low-income housing program.
