A bill to repeal the act entitled "An Act to express the intent of the Congress with reference to the regulation of the business of insurance.

Repeals an Act which declares that the regulation and taxation by the States of the business of insurance is in the public interest, and that silence on the part of Congress shall not be construed as a barrier to such regulation or taxation by the States.
