A bill to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and of the district courts in certain cases.

Removes the jurisdiction of the United States Supreme Court and the Federal district courts over any case arising out of state, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation which relates to the assignment of public school students to particular schools because of race, creed, color, or sex.
