A bill to amend title 13, United States Code, to provide for the publication of data relating to the foreign ownership of property within the United States.

Directs the Secretary of Commerce, in conducting any census or interim survey in which data is to be collected indicating the ownership of property within the United States, to collect such additional data as may be necessary to determine whether such property is subject to foreign ownership and to publish such information.

Requires the Secretary in conducting agricultural censuses to publish data indicating the amount and value of agricultural land within the United States which is under foreign ownership, owned by financial institutions for their own account or as agents, and under ownership by corporations or unincorporated associations which have annual sales of nonagricultural goods and services in excess of $10,000,000.
