Directs the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission to reopen the claim filed by a certain individual for the loss of certain property taken by the Government of Poland. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay such individual out of the Polish Claims Fund on account of any award to him certified by the Commission.
