A bill to provide for judicial review of administrative determinations made by the Board of Veterans Appeals.
Veterans Judicial Review - Subjects the decisions of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs on any question of law or fact under any law administered by the Veterans' Administration providing benefits for veterans and their dependents or survivors to judicial review by a district court in the district where the claimant resides.
Substitutes for the present $10 limit on attorney's and agent's fee for claims a requirement that such fees be reasonable.
