A bill to authorize the changing of the status of refugees from Indochina from that of a parolee to that of a permanent resident alien.
Indo-Chinese Refugee Status Adjustment Act - Permits the Attorney General to adjust the status of any alien who is a native or citizen of Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos from that of parolee to that of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence without regard to immigration quotas or lack of possession by such alien of required immigration documents. Makes this Act applicable to the children and spouse of such alien who are residing with the alien in the United States.
