A bill to amend the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 and the Department of Transportation Act to extend for 15 months the period during which the Federal share of the cost of rail service continuation assistance is 100 percent.

Amends the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973, the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976, and the Department of Transportation Act to extend for 15 months the period during which the Federal share of rail service assistance programs is 100 percent.
