Extends certain services and assistance provided to Indians as Indians to the members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Defines such members eligible for these services as: (1) members of the Pascua Yagui Association; (2) persons of Yaqui blood who are admitted to membership in the association within one year after enactment; and (3) lineal descendants of such members. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to compile a tribal roll and publish such roll in the Federal Register. Recognizes the Pascua Yaqui Association as an Indian tribe and its lands as a Federal Indian reservation.
