A bill for the relief of unemployment through the performance of useful public work.

Authorizes the President to provide public service employment for unemployed United States citizens in reforestation, fire prevention, pest control, and other conservation projects on public lands, including national park and national forest improvement projects.

Authorizes the appropriation of $3,000,000,000 for fiscal years 1978 and 1979 to carry out this Act.
