A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to provide for increased penalties for certain Federal and State crimes committed with firearms and destructive devices.

Amends provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 which impose additional sentences for using or unlawfully carrying a firearm during the commission of a Federal felony to: (1) revise such sentences; and (2) prohibit suspended or probationary sentences with respect to first, as well as to subsequent, convictions.
