A bill to protect the health and welfare of the Nation's meat and dairy producers and consumers.

Prohibits the importation of beef or dairy products for one year and, thereafter, until the Secretary of Agriculture certifies that such imports do not pose a danger to the economic well-being of domestic producers or the health standards of consumers.
