A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to narrow the circumstances under which an employer employing employees subject to that act may have wage differentials based on sex of the employees.

Amends the provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 which prohibits wage differentials based on sex with respect to jobs requiring equal skill and responsibility to disallow economic profitability of the goods worked on in such jobs as a permissible basis for such a differential.
