Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to the Contra Costa County Water District, Concord, California, $156,000 in settlement of any claim of the Water District against the United States due to Federal condemnation of land surrounding the Naval Weapons Station in Concord.
Limits the amount received by any agent or attorney for services rendered to the Water District in obtaining relief granted by this Act.
