A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to increase the penalties imposed for certain firearms violations.

Revises the range of additional sentences authorized to be imposed under the Gun Control Act for the commission of a felony with the use of or while carrying a firearm.

Prohibits a suspended or probationary sentence with respect to a first, as well as to a subsequent, conviction for such an offense.
