A bill to amend section 2254 (relating to Federal habeas corpus for certain persons in State custody) of title 28 of the United States Code to provide that the exclusionary rule apply in cases under that section to the same extent that the exclusionary rule would apply in an appellate proceeding arising out of the conviction on which such custody is based.
