A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain phosphate interests of the United States to the owner or owners of record of certain lands in the State of Florida.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey by quitclaim deed to the present owner or owners of record all phosphate interests of the United States in specified lands in Lee County, Florida.
