A bill to permit the marketing of saccharin with labeling warning of evidence of its risk to health.

Exempts saccharin from the provision of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act banning the marketing of any food additive which induces cancer in man or animal.

Requires a label warning of the possible risk of saccharin causing cancer on packages of saccharin sold to the consumer.
