A bill to amend section 459 of the Social Security Act to provide for consent by the United States to certain additional garnishment proceedings.

Amends Title IV (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) of the Social Security Act to allow the payment of lump-sum or periodic payments to a spouse or former spouse as required by a decree of separation or divorce from monies due from, or payable by, the United States.
