Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend the customs duty on 2-methyl, 4-chlorophenol until June 30, 1980.
Includes within the meaning of "mixed feed" and "mixed feed ingredients," mixtures of soybeans with other ingredients when such mixtures are at least six percent of soybeans. Permits the duty-free entry of animal feeds containing at least six percent soybeans. Excludes from such definition, mixtures of soybeans with other soybean products or with milk products.
