A bill to increase the maximum Federal contribution to the cost of any State meat or poultry inspection system from 50 to 80 percent.

Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act and the Poultry Products Inspection Act to increase the maximum Federal contribution to the cost of any State meat or poultry inspection system from 50 to 80 percent of the estimated total cost of the Federal-state cooperative program.
