A bill to impose quantitative limitations on the importation of shrimp into the United States during calendar years 1977 and 1978, and to impose a duty on imported shrimp.

Restricts the importation of shrimp by any foreign country during 1977 and 1978 to the average annual quantity imported into the United States by such country during 1971, 1972, and 1973. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to notify the Secretary of the Treasury of the quantities imported during the based period.

Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to impose a customs duty on shrimp.
