A bill to provide that salaries at levels of Vice President of the United States down to and including positions in the Executive Schedule not be increased by the next comparability pay adjustment.

Prohibits the first salary adjustment which would be made under the Federal Salary Act of 1967 after the date enactment of this Act from taking effect for the Vice President, Members of Congress, judges, commissioners, and referees, and positions in the Executive Schedule.
