A bill to direct the Secretary of the Interior and the Administrator of General Services to convey certain public and acquired lands in the State of Nevada to the County of Mineral, Nev.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified public and acquired lands in the State of Nevada to Mineral County, Nevada, upon payment to the United States of the appraised value of the land.
Stipulates that any of the property not purchased within five years shall no longer be subject to conveyance under this Act.
States that the county shall have six months from the date of notification to purchase the tract.
