Un-crazying of Federal Regulations Act - Makes the manufacture, distribution, and sale of saccharin for human consumption lawful in the United States and its territories.
Requires the following wording on every container of saccharin sold after the enactment of this Act: "Warning: The Canadians have determined that saccharin is dangerous to your rat's health.
