A bill to prohibit commercial flights by supersonic aircraft into or over the United States.

Makes it unlawful to operate a supersonic aircraft on a commercial basis within the navigable airspace of the United States until such aircraft has met noise, environmental, and safety standards equivalent to those already established for other commercial aircraft.
