A bill to repeal the provisions of law permitting automatic adjustment of rates of pay of Members of the Congress.
Congressional Day Act -- Amends the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 and the Federal Salary Act of 1967 to repeal the provisions of such laws which grant adjustments of pay rates for Members of Congress and the Vice President simultaneously with adjustment of the pay of Federal civil servants.
