A bill to improve congressional oversight of the reporting and paperwork requirements of Federal departments and agencies.
Paperwork Review and Limitation Act - Amends the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1970 to require that each report accompanying a public bill or joint resolution contain a "Paperwork Impact Statement" estimating the amount of paperwork which would be required of private businesses in carrying out such bill or resolution.
