A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to eliminate the time period in which a veteran has to use his educational benefits and to extend the months of eligibility from 36 to 45 months.

Removes the limitation on the period during which a veteran must use his educational benefits. Extends the period of eligibility for such benefits from 36 to 45 months (this provision currently exists, 38 U.S.C. 1661(a)).
