A bill to amend certain provisions of the Controlled Substances Act relating to marihuana.
Marihuana Control Act - Amends the Controlled Substances Act to provide that the possession of not more than one ounce of marihuana for private use, or the transfer of not more than one ounce of marihuana without profit for private use, shall not constitute a crime against the United States.
Provides for a civil penalty of not more than $100 for such possession or transfer.
