A bill to exempt the Tellico Dam and Reservoir project in Tennessee from the provisions of the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

Amends the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to exempt from the prohibitions of the Act the harassment, harming, killing, or wounding of any endangered or threatened species attributable to the construction or operation of the Tellico Dam and Reservoir Project in Tennessee.
