A bill to amend section 906, title 38, United States Code, to allow a deceased veteran's estate to receive in cash the amount it costs the U.S. Government to provide a headstone or a marker.

Allows a deceased veteran's estate to receive in cash, for the purchase of an appropriate non-Government Furnished headstone or marker, the amount it would cost the United States Government to provide such a headstone or marker.
