A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement with the Cherokee, Choctaw, and Chickasaw Indian Nations for the purchase or lease by the United States of each nation's right and interests in the riverbed of the Arkansas River.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior and the Cherokee, Choctaw, and Chickasaw Indian Nations to enter into lease or purchase agreements transferring the Nations' rights and interests in the Arkansas Riverbed to the United States, subject to the approval of both Houses of Congress.
